Heavy feeding in all stations, I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected all five Exterior RBS and there was minimal activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Please allow 10-14 days for the materials to take full affect. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next, I inspected the two exterior termite monitors and there were no sign of termite activity found during today’s visit, but I installed two additional monitors to have a total of four around the property.
